We have released new software for HT3000.
Some changes we have made:
1) Improved audio
2) Improved subtitle timing
3) Minor bug fixes
Instructions on how to install the software are below:
1) Press “MENU” then the “left arrow” button to find “Reset Factory default” and press OK. Enter 0000 as PIN.
2) The receiver will clear everything and will then restart.
3) Insert the USB memory key in the USB slot (behind the front panel)
4) Press the Menu button on the Homecast remote control.
5) Press the “right arrow” button on the Homecast remote until you are at the “Advanced” menu option. There will be OTA,S/W Upload and USB Transfer as options.
6) Press the “down arrow” button to highlight “USB Transfer” and the press OK
7) You will see three panels. The left hand side will show what the current software version is. The middle should show 01.03.3A.
Press the OK button.
9) The software will start loading and the receiver will reboot.
10) Press the Menu button on the Homecast remote control.
11) After the receiver restarts, press the Menu button again and go to the “Information” option and press OK.
12) Check the “S/W Version” is now 01.03.3A.
13) Press the Exit button to go back to the Menu.
14) Press the “left arrow” button to find “Reset Factory default” and press OK. Enter 0000 as PIN.
15) The receiver will clear everything and will then restart.
16) Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your video settings and re-tuning of the channels.
