Formatting HDD to FAT32

I used H2Format command line utility that will format your USB drive to FAT32.

You can get it from ftp://ftp.heise.de/pub/ct/ctsi/h2format.zip

There is this free tool from HP
https://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_download/fid,64963-order,4-c,peripherals/download.html

Works with Vista, just make sure you run as administrator.

Or download Gparted. It runs as a live cd. Available from https://gparted.sourceforge.net/download.php
